GUILTY PLEA
In Utah, Frank Hall, 36, pleaded guilty to reduced charges of 10 counts of attempted aggravated sex abuse of a child, all first-degree felonies, and second-degree felony sex abuse of a child. The girls were 6-7 years old. He will be sentenced in November.

Police finally arrested Andrew Foster, 27, who was wanted on charges of having sex with two of his 17-year-old students, impregnated one of them and then took her to a clinic for an abortion. A student tipped him off about the investigation and he disappeared. Police located him.
